His mother had mastitis. Meaning, her bag was too swollen to feed him. I was able to get him a bottle of colostrum within the amount of time. We then put his mother in with him to see if he could get any milk at all. I ended up going back daily to feed him. That Sunday, I was given Werlla to take home and feed. We are now 27 days in and starting to eat more feed and drink water. He is stil currently getting the bottle as he is just now about 4 weeks.
Update - 9/21/24 WERLLA is a growing boy and wants to eat all food and treats. He is still getting a bottle but I’m going to start weaning him off of that soon.
4/10/25 Werlla turned the BIG 1 and yes he was celebrated. We are coming up on year two.
